Chip graduated from Erskine Seminary in 1997. He interned at Covenant Presbytery in Easley, SC, then served as the Pastor at Trinity Presbyterian in Chester, SC before moving to Huntersville in 2002.

Chip enjoys spending time in the outdoors, backpacking and climbing with his family and friends. He and his wife, Tina, have three children, Chipper, Sam and Laura.

Lynn Whitehill is the administrative/finance assistant and leads the Women’s ministry. She and her husband, Dean, have four grown children. They moved to the Lake Norman area in 1996 and have been involved in NorthCross since 2003.

Roger Edwards serves as an Elder. He and his wife, Jean, have seven children. He works as a Counselor at the Barnabas Center.

Dean Whitehill serves as an Elder and also is Clerk of the Session. He works as a banker in Charlotte. Dean enjoys being with family, golfing and backpacking.
